The African American Health Coalition (AAHC) promotes wellness for African Americans who live in Portland, Oregon. Our vision is to be the healthiest African American community in the nation. Our goal is to help reconfigure health and social services to meet the needs of African Americans. Our mission is to promote health and improve wellness in African Americans through health education, advocacy and research. The African American community responds when invited to wellness by people they know and trust.
