Coffee Creek Correctional Facility

Coffee Creek Correctional Facility is a multi-custody prison accommodating all of the State of Oregon female inmates. It provides intake and evaluation of all female and male inmates committed to state custody by the courts. The prison has cell and dormitory housing, inmate work programs , skills training, education, treatment programs, health services, religous services, physical plant, warehouse space for on-site storage, a central records unit, and administration areas.

Correctional programs at Coffee Creek give female state prisoners an opportunity to prepare for their successful return to the community upon release. Education programs can help them complete their basic education. Parenting classes are designed to help them learn skills to resume care for their children in a responsible manner. On-site Early Head Start allows inmate mothers an opportunity to parent under close supervision. Alcohol and drug treatment programs teach inmates to overcome their chemical dependencies. Work programs teach them how to hold down jobs and teach them new skills for the work place. Religious programs provide a spiritual environment to encourage individual development and give participating
inmates a foundation for lifestyle improvements.

Programs give inmates access to the tools they need to practice and use to live a crime-free, responsible life while incarcerated and upon release.
