Seanna Kerrigan
Biography: 
Seanna Kerrigan brings over 15 years experience to her current position as the Capstone Program Director at Portland State University. In this role, she works collaboratively with scores of faculty, students and community-based organizations to create partnerships for over 240 service-learning Capstone annually, courses in which students meet a curricular graduation requirement while performing real-world projects on behalf of the urban community of which PSU is a part. Kerrigan promotes the concept of community-based learning nationally by publishing and presenting widely on issues related to this pedagogy, as well as civic engagement and assessment. She was named a Rising Scholar by the Kellogg Forum on Higher Education for the Public Good.
