Course Description:
In this Capstone, students will work with the Community Partner, Portland Global Initiatives, as a marketing resource team. Students will work collaboratively on marketing projects in support of the Walk for Water event. Some teams will make presentations at local middle schools. The entire class will help PGI during the Walk for Water.
Attendance at the Walk on Saturday, May 30, is mandatory for this class.
Students will expand their understanding of customer-centered marketing and the “Eight P’s” of NPO marketing. Participants will bring knowledge from their own field of study, integrate marketing principles, and support our Community Partner's goals.
